What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase Auth. When you process videos, we store the UN WebTV URL, generated transcripts, summaries, and translations associated with your account.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the Sumletter service, transcribing, translating, and summarizing UN meeting content. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services for authentication, data storage, AI processing, payment handling, and infrastructure. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider, we never see or store your card information.

Data retention

Processed content is retained according to your plan's retention period (7 days for Free, 30 days for Starter, unlimited for Professional and Enterprise). You can delete your processed videos at any time from the dashboard.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at ai@sumletter.com.
